When The Refuge came to us for ideas about rebuilding their website from scratch, we discussed the goal of the website from a customer viewpoint, and worked our way backwards.
The website would encompass tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and contact forms to drive revenue through in dining booking.
One of the ways The Refuge booked their private dining events was through phone calls. This was a single lane process and they had to ensure someone was always at the other end of the phone in order to book. We saw this as an opportunity to add another channel to the mix with Contact Forms. A customer, or multiple customers will now be able to fill out a form on the website with all of the information that a staff member would normally collect. This saves time and money.
