My Life Pilot — SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
These terms govern the SMS/MMS messaging program operated by RJ Media Studios Inc (“we,” “us”) for the My Life Pilot app. By verifying your mobile number in the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Program description
After you add and verify your mobile number in the My Life Pilot app, we send you (a) one-time verification codes and (b) two-way conversational replies from your personal assistant that you start by texting us — for example adding reminders, to‑do and grocery lists, logging meals, and answering questions about your own data.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. The assistant is conversational, so you primarily receive messages in response to texts you send.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messaging program itself; check with your mobile carrier for any charges that may apply to your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) at any time to stop receiving messages. You’ll receive one confirmation, after which we’ll send no further messages. You can also turn SMS off in the app under Settings → Text Life Pilot. Reply START to resume.

7. Consent
Consent to receive messages is obtained directly from you in the My Life Pilot app and is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
8. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
