My Life Pilot — Privacy Policy

RJ Media Studios Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the My Life Pilot application and related services (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
Mobile number: if you choose to text your assistant, the mobile number you add and verify in the app.
Content you provide: the information you enter or that your assistant creates on your behalf — for example reminders, task and grocery lists, notes, documents, family/household details, and nutrition, fasting, weight, and other health-related entries.
Health and wellness data: if you connect Apple Health (or a supported wearable such as Oura), the metrics you authorize, used only to provide in-app features.
Usage and device information: app interactions, device type, and diagnostic data used to operate and improve the Service.
Payment information: subscription status processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and personalize the Service and your assistant; process your requests, including generating assistant responses; send account verification codes and assistant messages by SMS if you opt in; send push notifications and reminders you’ve enabled; process subscriptions; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
To answer your requests, the content of your messages and relevant account data may be processed by our AI service provider to generate responses. This processing is used solely to provide the assistant’s features and is not used to send you third-party marketing.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service — including cloud hosting and database, AI processing, SMS delivery, payments, and push-notification providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
5. SMS / mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the verification codes and assistant messages you request, and SMS data is shared with our messaging provider solely to transmit those messages. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or by turning SMS off in the app. See our SMS Messaging Terms for details.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can delete your data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive fields and encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your choices and rights
You can review and update your information in the app, disable notifications or SMS, and delete your account and associated data at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account (or by replying “delete my data” by text). Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information; contact us to exercise them.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
