Put a team of bots to work

Grok Bot agent teams, built for your company

We design a roster of Grok Bots around how your company already works. Each one gets a job, the tools to do it and a line it never crosses, and the whole team is published to your staff.

One teammate per job

Grok Bot is xAI’s AI teammate. Each bot has a name, a job and a computer of its own, so it signs into the tools your team already uses and keeps working when everyone has gone home.

One bot is a helper. A team is a desk: a few bots, each owning one job, passing work to each other in a shared thread and coming back to a person for every yes. We build that desk.

Six teams to start from

Each starts from a template xAI or the Grok Bot community has published, and each is rebuilt around your tools, your people and your approval rules. They are starting points, not finished bots.

A shared bot for every major account, and a desk that builds pipeline overnight.

  1. Account BotOne per account. Reads the overnight calls, docs and threads, and posts a morning brief with each person’s next move.
  2. Sales OutboundResearches accounts, drafts email and LinkedIn messages in your voice, and leaves a review list.
  3. Post-callWrites the follow-up after every call and holds it for you.
  4. Competitor WatchA weekly snapshot of what competitors changed.

Outbound stays a draft. A person sends every message.

What every bot is given

A bot is only as good as what it can read and reach. We set up four things for each one, and only as much of each as its job needs.

  • Context

The files, instructions and skills the job needs: your brand guide, your price list, the way your company does things.

  • Plugins

The apps it works in, such as Salesforce, Notion and GitHub. With a computer of its own it can also sign into a site that has no clean connection.

  • Credentials

Keys to the services that have no plugin, set once for the team, so nobody pastes a password into a chat.

  • Memories

What it learns on the job: your corrections, your preferences, who approves what. Each person’s conversations with it stay private.

One bot first, then the team

The roster is written down before anything is built, and the team grows only where the work proves it should.

  1. Map the desks

A free consultation, then a written roster: which jobs go to a bot, what each one owns, what it signs into, and what it never does without a person.

    What lands

    • A written roster
    • Each bot’s approval line
    • The plugin list
  2. Build the first bot

One bot owns one outcome end to end. We give it the context, plugins and credentials, then walk it through the work once so it saves the routine.

    What lands

    • One working bot
    • Its first routine
  3. Add the team

Specialists join only where the same handoff keeps happening. They share a thread, and we publish them to your team with a Slack handle each.

    What lands

    • The team, published
    • A shared thread
  4. Run and improve

We read what they did, correct what they remember, and widen a job once it is earned. Each bot is saved as a template your next department can start from.

    What lands

    • Ongoing management
    • A template of each bot

What you end up with

What is Grok Bot?

xAI’s AI teammates. Each Bot has a name, a job and a computer of its own in the cloud, with a browser, files and a terminal. It signs into the apps your team uses, runs routines on a schedule, works while your laptop is closed, and comes back when something needs your approval. Several Bots can work in parallel and pass work to each other.

What is a team of bots, and why not one bot for everything?

A bot with one clear job keeps better context and is easier to trust than a general helper. So a team starts with one bot that owns an outcome end to end, and adds a specialist only where the same handoff keeps happening. The bots share a thread, so the handoffs are visible, and a person stays the one who approves anything that leaves the building.

What is a Team Bot?

A bot shared with everyone on your team. It works from the same context, plugins and skills for everyone, while each person’s conversations with it stay private. Each Team Bot has its own Slack handle, so you can invite it into a channel.

What do we need from xAI?

A Grok Bot plan for each person who will work with the bots. It is available on Cursor and Grok plans and for Enterprise, and Team Bots need a Cursor team. The plan is yours and billed to you. We build inside your account, so the bots stay yours.

Can a bot send an email or spend money on its own?

Not on a team we build. Every bot gets a written line it does not cross: nothing is sent, posted, paid or deleted without a person saying yes, and Grok Bot can put sensitive actions through an automatic review before they run.

What happens to our data?

Grok Bot uses Cursor’s sign-in and privacy mode. xAI documents the bot’s cloud computer as encrypted in transit and at rest, with training opt-out, and on Enterprise an admin can set data-loss and network controls. We give each bot only the plugins and files its job needs.

Can we use a template we found online?

Yes, carefully. A template is a recipe rather than a copy: it carries a bot’s instructions, skills and first-party plugins, not anyone’s logins or secrets, and custom connections have to be set up again. Read what a template contains before you add it. If you want, we review it and adapt it to your company.

What does it cost?

Teams are scoped and quoted per engagement, starting with a free consultation. Most small businesses working with us on an ongoing basis invest between $1,500 and $5,000 per month. Your Grok Bot plans are billed separately by xAI or Cursor.

What kind of work is it?

Select any that apply. If none of them quite fit, skip it — sorting that out is what the consultation is for.
