Everything but the talking

You bring the guest and the subject. We bring the room, the cameras, the engineer and the edit. Every episode comes back filmed and recorded, cut tight, with clips for social and its own artwork, and published to Apple, Spotify and YouTube. We record in our own treated studio, or on location when the show calls for it.

Filmed, not just recorded

A podcast that only exists as audio gives you nothing to post. We film every episode on several cameras in a treated studio, so it sounds like a studio and there’s a picture of every moment worth sharing.

  • A room built for it

Treated for sound, not an office with a microphone in it.

  • Every angle covered

A wide shot, each voice up close, and the reaction.

  • An engineer on the desk

Someone watching the levels, not a laptop on a table.

Cut to the good part

Conversations ramble. We edit the audio and the picture together: the levels evened out, the noise and breaths cleaned up, and the long pauses and false starts taken out, so forty minutes of talk becomes a tight twenty-five.

  • Levels and noise

Every voice at the same volume, the room hum gone.

  • The slow bits out

Pauses, false starts and tangents cut.

  • Picture and sound together

The video episode is cut from the same edit.

Clips from every episode

Most people find a podcast through a short clip, not the full episode. We cut the best moments of every episode into vertical clips, ready for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.

  • Cut from the same session

No extra shoot. The clips come from the episode.

  • Made for each app

Cut to size for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.

  • How people find you

The clips are what new listeners see first.

Artwork for the whole show

A show needs a look people recognise in a list of a hundred others. The same team that films it designs the cover art, the art for each episode, the video thumbnails and the names on screen.

  • Cover art

The square people tap on in every podcast app.

  • Episode art and thumbnails

A designed image for every episode, not a frame grab.

  • Lower thirds

Your guest’s name and title on screen, in the show’s look.

Published where people listen

We upload every episode and send it to Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube. The feed gets set up properly the first time, so a new episode reaches every app without you touching it.

  • Apple, Spotify and YouTube

The audio in the podcast apps, the video on YouTube.

  • The feed, set up once

Configured properly, so nothing needs fixing later.

  • Titled and tagged

Every episode uploaded with its title and description.

The work

How an episode gets made

  1. Format

What the show is, who it is for, how long, and how often. Settled before anything is recorded.

    What lands

    • The format, agreed
    • How long, how often
  2. Record

In studio or on location, multi-camera, with an engineer on the desk rather than a laptop on a table.

    What lands

    • A multi-camera recording
    • Studio audio
  3. Edit

Audio and picture cut together, plus the vertical clips pulled from the same session.

    What lands

    • The cut episode
    • Vertical clips from the same session
  4. Publish

Uploaded, tagged, and distributed to the platforms your audience already uses.

    What lands

    • Published to Apple, Spotify and YouTube
    • The feed, set up properly

How much does podcast production cost?

Most small businesses invest $1,500–$5,000 per month for ongoing work. Individual projects are quoted per engagement, and every engagement starts with a free consultation.

Where do you record?

In our own studio, which is set up and treated for it, or on location when the show calls for it.

Do you edit and distribute the episodes as well as record them?

Yes. Recording, editing, and distribution are handled by the same in-house team, along with the vertical clips cut from each episode for social.

Do we need our own equipment?

No. Crews, gear, and editors are on staff. You bring the guest and the subject.
