Can customers find you?

SEO for businesses that want the phone to ring

Local search, technical work, and the writing and photography underneath it, handled by one in-house team. We will not promise you a ranking, because nobody can. We will tell you what we changed and what moved.

Proud to work with

Pages worth ranking, written by the people who shoot them

Most of what a page ranks on is what is written on it and what is pictured on it. Both are made here, by the same team, which is why the search work and the production work are not two vendors passing files between them.

The technical side matters and gets done. It is just rarely the thing standing between a business and the phone ringing.

A woman checks a map on her phone, then walks toward a restaurant across the street
Someone nearby, searching. Generated stand-in.

The plan comes before the work

Findings before anything on your site is touched. Most of what goes wrong in search is decided here, by picking the wrong terms to chase.

  1. What people actually search

The terms your customers type, with real volumes and real difficulty against them, separated from the ones that only sound important. A term nobody searches is easy to rank for and worth nothing.

    What lands

    • A keyword list with real volumes
    • The terms we would not chase
  2. Where you stand now

A crawl of the site as a search engine sees it, your listings as they appear across the directories that carry them, and the pages that already earn attention. This is the part most proposals skip.

    What lands

    • A technical crawl
    • Your listings, audited
  3. Who you are actually against

The businesses ranking for those terms near you, and what they have that you do not. Usually it is pages and consistency rather than anything exotic.

    What lands

    • Who ranks near you
    • What they have that you do not
  4. The written plan

What we will do, in what order, and what it is meant to change. You get it in plain language before any work starts, and it is yours whether or not you continue with us.

    What lands

    • The plan, in plain language
    • Yours whether or not you continue

Getting found near you

Your Google Business Profile, and a consistent name, address, and phone everywhere they appear. When somebody searches a service plus a place, this is the part that decides it.

  • Business profile

Hours, photos and updates kept current.

  • Citations and NAP

The same name, address and phone on every listing.

  • Fixed where it drifts

An old number or old hours corrected where they’re listed.

A site search engines can read

Crawlability, structure, speed, and the structured data that tells a machine what each page is. We build the sites too, so this is not a list handed to somebody else to implement.

  • Crawl and indexation

Broken links redirected, missing pages added to the sitemap.

  • Redirects and canonicals

    One address for every page.

  • Speed

Pages and photos made lighter, so they load fast on a phone.

A page for everything you sell

Most of what a page ranks on is what is written on it. We write it, and shoot the photography that goes with it, with the same in-house team.

  • Service pages

A page for each thing you sell, written around how people search for it.

  • Original photography

Your food, your room, your people. Not stock.

  • Articles that answer

The questions customers ask, answered in full.

What the markup actually gets you

Structured data is the part of SEO you can see. It makes a page eligible for rich results. Google decides whether to draw one, and nobody can make that call for it. The same markup is what an answer engine reads when it decides whether a page is quotable. How that works

  • FAQPage

Questions that can expand under your listing. This page’s own FAQ carries it.

  • LocalBusiness

Your address, phone and hours, read straight from the page.

  • Article and Person

Who wrote a piece, named beside it.

How much does SEO cost?

Most small businesses invest $1,500–$5,000 per month for ongoing work. Individual projects are quoted per engagement, and every engagement starts with a free consultation.

How long does SEO take to work?

Longer than paid advertising and we will not put a date on it. Anyone quoting you a specific month is guessing, because the timeline depends on your competition, your site’s current state, and how much is published, none of which is known before the work starts. What we will do is tell you what we are doing and what changed.

Can you guarantee a number one ranking?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell positions and does not disclose the algorithm, so a guaranteed ranking is either a guess or a claim about a keyword nobody searches for. We will show you what we changed and what moved.

What is local SEO and do I need it?

Local SEO is the work that gets a business into the map results and local listings for searches near it: your Google Business Profile, consistent name, address, and phone across the web, and pages that make it clear where you operate. If customers find you by searching for a service plus a place, it is the part of SEO that matters most.

Do you do the content and photography too, or just the technical work?

Both. Everything is produced in-house by one team out of our own studio. The people who plan it are the people who make it. That matters for search because most of what a page ranks on is its content, and content produced by the same team that shot the imagery is faster to publish and specific to your business rather than generic.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Hauppauge, NY and work on location across Nassau and Suffolk County. Studio work happens at our own space; everything else we come to you.

What kind of work is it?

Select any that apply. If none of them quite fit, skip it — sorting that out is what the consultation is for.
