Your event only happens once

There’s no second take at a live event. What matters is enough cameras, clean sound and a crew that knows how a room like yours runs. We’ve filmed a tribute concert in a parking lot, a singer’s hometown show, a season-opener tailgate, and a union meeting streamed live to members who were at work.

Live streams for people who can’t be there

The Subway Surface Supervisors Association’s contract meeting fell during shifts, with many members underground or on the road. We streamed it live and recorded it for anyone who missed it. The stream reached over 4,000 members.

  • Streamed as it happens

Live to the people who couldn’t make the room.

  • Recorded for later

Published afterwards for anyone who missed it.

  • Run by our own crew

The same team that films your event runs the stream.

Your sponsor, part of the party

The Jet Lounge’s season-opener tailgate had a sponsor, Happy Dad. We shot the product as part of the day instead of cutting in an ad afterwards, so the fan community and the brand could both post the film as their own.

  • Shot as it happened

The tailgate as it happened, not a staged version.

  • The product in the scene

Part of the day, not an insert cut in afterwards.

  • One film, two accounts

Something the host and the sponsor could both post.

  • Happy Dad cans packed in ice at the tailgate
  • Jets fans in jerseys raising a toast at the tailgate
  • A fan throwing at cornhole between the tailgate tents

A performer’s show, photos and cover art

For Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti we built his first website, with tickets, bookings and a press kit, and filmed his hometown show from start to finish. For his first EP we planned a shoot around places he grew up, designed the cover from it and made a digital press kit.

  • A site that sells tickets

Tickets, bookings and a press kit in one place.

  • The whole show, filmed

The entire performance, shot and produced.

  • Cover art from the shoot

The cover designed from the shoot’s own frames.

  • Front and back cover art for Sal Valentinetti’s EP
  • Sal Valentinetti in a tuxedo beside the water

Questions we get

Anything else? Call 631-551-6880.

Can you cover a live event?

Yes. Multi-camera live streaming, video, and photography on location at your venue. A stream we produced for the Subway Surface Supervisors Association reached over 4,000 members.

Do you handle both the stream and the edited highlights?

Yes. The stream and everything cut from it afterwards (highlights, vertical clips, stills) are handled by the same in-house team.

Can you work a sponsor into the coverage?

Yes. At The Jet Lounge’s season-opener tailgate we shot the sponsor’s product as part of the day rather than cutting in an ad afterwards, so the community and the brand could both post the same film.

Do you work with performers?

Yes. For Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti we built his first website with tickets, bookings and a press kit, filmed his hometown show, and shot and designed the cover for his first EP.

What does event coverage cost?

Most small businesses invest $1,500–$5,000 per month for ongoing work. Individual projects are quoted per engagement, and every engagement starts with a free consultation.
