Give people a reason to come in

Restaurant and hospitality marketing

Film, photos, texts, email and your website, for restaurants, bars and event spaces. Most of it comes out of one visit on a busy night.

K. Pacho: A Latin Night

A Latin Night · K. Pacho

An empty dining room sells nothing

Before anyone books a table, they look you up on their phone. What sells a restaurant is the food, the room and the people in it on a good night, and a photo of empty tables shows none of that. So we come in when you’re busy, film and photograph all of it, and turn that one visit into what you post, text and email for weeks.

Your specials, sent by text

Every week Saverio’s sends its special by text, with a photo of the pie, to customers who signed up for it. Regulars reply with how many they want, which takes a step out of ordering.

  • Sent to people who asked

A list you own, grown from the followers you already have.

  • Reply to order

The number of pies, sent back as a text.

  • Out loud on Alexa, too

Their Alexa skill reads the same special and offers a QR code to order.

A website that takes the order

People come to a restaurant’s site to do one thing: see the menu, order, or book a table or a party. We build it around that, and put your own film on it, as we did for The Refuge.

  • Menu, orders and bookings

The things a visitor came for, one click from the front page.

  • Your nights on your site

The film from your big night, playing where people decide.

  • Easy to keep current

New hours, a new menu or a holiday page, changed for you.

Photos of the food and the room

Menu photos, delivery-app photos and the room itself, lit so a dish looks the way it does coming out of the kitchen. We shoot them on the same visit as the film, so it all looks like one place.

  • Food and drink

For the menu, the delivery apps and your feeds.

  • The room

What a guest is deciding about before they book.

  • Sized for everywhere

Delivered cropped for the site, the apps and print.

  • A pizza on a restaurant table
  • Whiskey poured into a glass beside its bottle
  • A furnished lounge with sofas, armchairs and a television

Questions we get

Anything else? Call 631-551-6880.

What kind of content works for a restaurant?

Food and room photography for the site and the menus, vertical video for social, and the occasional longer piece about the people behind the kitchen. Most of it comes out of a single shoot on your premises.

Can you film during service?

Yes, and most of our restaurant films were shot that way: Latin Night at K. Pacho across a full service, A Pizza Story in the Saverio’s kitchen while it was open. We work around your staff and your guests.

Can you send our specials by text?

Yes. For Saverio’s Pizza the weekly special goes out by text to customers who signed up, and regulars reply with the number of pies they want. We can grow that list from the followers you already have.

Do you photograph the food yourselves?

Yes. Food and product photography is shot in-house by the same team that produces the video and runs the accounts, on location at your restaurant.

What does restaurant marketing cost?

Most small businesses invest $1,500–$5,000 per month for ongoing work. Individual projects are quoted per engagement, and every engagement starts with a free consultation.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Hauppauge, NY and work on location across Nassau and Suffolk County. Studio work happens at our own space; everything else we come to you.

What kind of work is it?

Select any that apply. If none of them quite fit, skip it — sorting that out is what the consultation is for.
